horsepower gains

hi i have an 80 z28 with a 350 with a fairly old rebuild just a mild cam and high compresion pistons but stock intake carb and exaughst i was wondering if anyone could ball park the gains i will get with an edelbrock intake and a new edelbrock 650 cfm carb and flotec headers some people i talk to say about 60-70 horses and equal tourque others say about 40-50 also what would the gains be with just the intake or just the headers done ????

idk about the horse power but go for the intake and carb first im running a mild. built motor with the stock exhaust manifolds
