Hey All...
Its been awhile since ive been on here....comlements of the navy (GAG) anyways, about 2 months ago, it rained like hell was coming....and my 94 Z was parked in a lower spot and just so happened to be sitting in a 3 foot puddle. WEll, me being stupid and not realizing that it was supposed to rain, I let a friend borrow my car (extremely stupid idea in the first place) Well, I guess he didn't "see" the 3 feet of water around my car as he opened the door, flooding my interior, got in, and started the car........yea, not a good idea with a K&N CAI sitting about a foot under the water....well, he said it started, so he tried to back it out and it "just quit".....well....needless to say that I was PISSED!!!!!! I came out a couple of days later, after the flooding subsided to look at my car...The whole floor was flooded...I actually had water level with the butt cusions of my seats.... I tried to start it, and it would start, but I was relieved that it hadn't locked up. I towed it to my garage and proceded to change out every fluid I could think of...tranny, oil, axle, etc...... Good news.....My Z is back to its normal self....well almost...but that is another story...thanks for listening.
Ryan
PS My "FRIEND" Got a bill in the mail. :P

at least he didn't "hydro-lock" the engine and bend a rod or something. The rest will dry. Don't lend your baby out so freely.

Good God almighty i have to move to Hawaii to get insurance like that. Even when i had a perfect record i was paying 110 dollars for full coverage at the age of 21 on my 95 mustang gt. But then again i've heard a gallon off milk is like 5 dollars in Hawaii, well something has to give

Actually, its more like 7 dollars a gallon.....at least that is what it was the last time I bought milk!! But Im military, so the Navy Exchange sells it for cost at something like 3 dollars a gallon....
