question about pics..

alright im computer illerate just like im car illerate but i can do more things with my car than my computer thank god.. lol anyway.. what im asking is this I have a digital camera its a poloriad or however you spell it dosent really matter too much you know what it is.. and it has kinda like a editing thing and then I also have paint and something called imaging... well I dont care to email a pic to someone to get them to re-size it for me so I can use it to however I need. but im wondering is any of the programs I have able to resize my photos.. if I really wanted too Im guessing I could use Paint as a thing to photochop my own car once I get a skill-full hand is their anyway i can downsize my pics and get them to stay, if so plz anyone how.. or if somone could email me something so i could...??

What I use to resize my pictures is PAINT, believe it or not!!! Go to IMAGE, then to STRETCH/SKEW and reduce the image by a percentage. Then you can go to IMAGE, then to ATTRIBUTES and check the pixel size, length width etc. Hope this helps...
