reprogram comp?

I have recently installed a mild crane cam/springs/rods in 95 z28 lt1. i was wondering should the computer be reprogramed? or maybe a custom chip, anf if that would cause me to lose any power also have a bored out maf sensor cold air kit fan switch mezire water pump and a couple little things that would not effect it.. i apreatiate any help thanks.

Reprogramming will only help. What size cam did you go with?

i cant remember off the top of my head but its not to radical (good idle)

As Red Rocket said It can only help. The more your car is modded the more reprogramming it can help. Try pcmforless.com. I put one in and can see a big difference. My guess is 15 rwhp on my car which is basically stock. Guys have claimed a 30-35 hp increase after internally modded like yours. It will probably cost you around $200 total. Just tell them what your car has and they will do the rest. Very personable too. The guy gave me his cell # in case I ran into a problem. Check it out you won't regret it.
