I would get it scanned b/c there are quite a few sensors that could be causing it to run rich.

i have had it scanned at autozone, buts thats autozone, they said there was no codes being thrown off, i just really burns alot of gas and has a ruff idle, and my fans are running constantly

I'd like to know what other sensors would run the PCM rich in closed loop... there arn't any I can think of. The O2 sensors trim your A/F to 14.7... everything else is just the starting point. The only other way you'd run rich is if the PCM was SO far off it's raw data that the O2 feedback couldn't trim it back. I know a dieing fuel pump or clogged injectors cause this on the lean side, but unless you're fuel pressure regulator seizes up and spikes the rail pressure, I don't know how you'd get it that rich in closed loop unless you entered PE mode by going to WOT.
