Alright sometimes when I havent really drove my car in a while, the belt problem seems to squeak then after a while it goes away its not squeaking anymore but we finally got a NAPA belt so that might be the reason. anyway I was tripping out because I thought it might be a Cylinder or something pinging or squeaking I didnt know what it was really! but I guess I finally ruled that out because the fact that when I spray some belt dressing on it while its squeaking (this was with the old belt mind you) it would go away.. so anyway that could have been my problem right bad belt quality?
Alright, for those of you that dont know my car has been throwing P1361 Service Engine Soon.. it says Ingition Control Missfire.. well everyone is telling me that that part is the piece under the coil pack, GM said it was a Ignition switch that I needed to buy, or that that Chip In My key might have something to do with it? Autozone said that unless you reprogram the new part to the engine it will still think its not been fixed, and GM I think said that also when I took it in.. so Autozone told me to bring it down their and they would help me out.. (THANK GOD NO SES LIGHT!!) is this Possiable?
Here is a nother question How hard/ what problems or what do I need to really do (precautions) to change the Oil Sension Unit and the High Pressure Hose on the Power Steering Pump.. what all needs to be done I got a book on how and what to do, but I just wanna know if their is anything special I need to know..
This question is for you M5 or M6 Guys if your reading this, I know I have a Stage II Clutch Kit right, well when I push the clutch to the floor and go to shift its really crisp going into the gear? is that normal? Im susposed to put 450 miles on it before I Launch HARD but I have no reason to launch hard really plus I havent, another thing is I was comming down a slight grade and needed to make this turn off while comming down the hill I pushed in the clutch and was pressing the brake pedal and went to shift into 1st from like 5th and it Grinded? why did I put stress on the Transmission? It was grinding too bad so I just pulled it into second.. I Guess what im saying is give me your Knowledge on how you drive your cars cuz Im not wanting to be messing mine up.. but I always push the clutch to the floor. when Im on the road I go from 1st through every gear to 5th then cruise at 55-70 somewhere in through their.. I Just feel that something might be going wrong here..
This question is totally killing me... Do I Have Transmission fluid in my 96 M5 ?? they (GM) told me no that I didnt because its a Manual? I thought all cars had transmissions? they acted like I didnt I told them to check it and see they said I dont have one or something.. and I told them to check the rear end oil or grease in the axle and they said that was fine? I myself havent put 2500 miles on the car since I bought it sometime last November...
thanks guys these are just some little things that are killing me and I guess I need to know.. I know I should know lots of this but I dont..
