I know how every one wants their chopped image to look as real as possible so they can get a good idea of what they want. I am going to demonstrate how yall can help make the chops look more realistic.

Wheel Change:
First of all I am going to show you a realistic chop and one that you can clearly see that it has been altered.

If you give me a pic of a car like this
http://img166.exs.cx/img166/2635/camaroside1xm.jpg

and you tell me that you want the wheels off of this car
http://img167.exs.cx/img167/6456/mikeside9sq.jpg

The chop will turn out like this
http://img167.exs.cx/img167/7451/camarosidefikse8za.jpg

or this car
http://img166.exs.cx/img166/4694/mikeangle2vq.jpg

with these wheels
http://img166.exs.cx/img166/5564/mesideangle8mk.jpg

the car turns out like this
http://img179.exs.cx/img179/2397/mikeanglett5bc.jpg

Those are examples of chops that can look realistic. Now if you said that you wanted this car
http://img166.exs.cx/img166/4694/mikeangle2vq.jpg

with these wheels
http://img166.exs.cx/img166/2635/camaroside1xm.jpg

The wheels would have no depth and the chop would look like this
http://img3.exs.cx/img3/9093/mikeanglebad7lb.jpg

Being that said, all the choppers would greatly appreciate it if you could give us two similar images to work with so we dont have to search for a good pic to make it look right. I will be adding to this later for different object such as color change, this hood on my car, graphics Ect.

well ill give u a simple way to do it, use the lasso tool to crop the image. Then take the image and put it on the other picture. Then go to edit>free trans form. Then make it look as best as u cna

Most of us are running some version of photoshop. You can get a 30 trial version from adobe.com.

I think we should have a thread with pics of certain popular rims that are asked to be chopped. Lets find collect and post them on here so itll be easier for us choppers to do our work.

And, please only post if you have pics to contribute. Remember; bigger is better, on actual cars is better..ect..
