Was thinking about installing some kind of cold air induction system on my Z but didn't know if there were any company's out there that make cold air induction kits for carburated motors or if I need to prefab something, and if thats the case if any of yall have done it or have any ideas all help would be greatly appreciated Thanks!

what kind of car do u have? im not sure if u can make a cold air intake for a carb. but im not sure. maybe the ony thing u could do is get a functional cowl. someone that is more knowledgeable will come along and let u know.

You can make one, but you will need one of these..

Then you can run tubing from it to your cold air source.

yea they are pretty easy to make, you should get an air cleaber top that has one or two inlets that stick out where you can run some tubing.

there is a company that makes a air cleaner just for this purpose.go to www.ramairbox.com. they start the pricing at 119.99. you cam go with a single or a duel snorkel. ther phone # is (905) 549-6135. this is probably more of what your lookig for.
