changing stock speakers and deck..

What would be good to put in my car to change out the stock speakers which brand out their is the best to kick... and what is a good cd player to go with it?

To be honest with you, I think it's a matter of opinion. I personally am a Pinoeer guy for the head unit and for speakers. For Subs and amps I prefer Fosgates. Those products are inexpensive and when done the right way you can have a kicking sound system.
