Mr. Gasket Street scoop

Guys I'm thinking about putting the mr. gasket street scoopII on my maro, with the single 4 barrel. Just gonna throw that out there and get some opinions on it before I start the hood fabrications. If you got any ideas on another kind of scoop let me know.

either way your going to have to cut your hood. thats if your running a hood. if it was me, i would save the factory hood.

Thats kinda what I was guessin. I think I might just buy a big enough cowl to cover it or get one of those eldebrock breathers and keep it a sleeper with a stock hood. Thanks bro

years from now a factory hood is going to we hard to find. save yours. put a fiberglass hood with pins. if you go this route, take the factory springs out. youll break the hood in half. lakewood sells low tention springs cheap.
