Just Found Out My Car Is Rare

well i just found out my car is a very rare make. its 1996 trans am WS6 in 1996 they only made 2700 WS6 trans am's. and i got one. this trans am with the WS6 package has stock 305 hp. bu with my mods i think im right around 350. i was running on 7 cylinders for a while and i beat a 2000 WS6. so im guessing i got some beef with this thing. i tried racing a new charger 8 but he beat me whe ni was on 7 cylinders. i wanna find that guy and redo the race now that i got my new plugs and wires in. anyways i got alot of questons so youll prob see me on here alot. i like to know as much as possible about the car im driving as i can.

WS6,s are slow. J/K nice car you should come down to the south side of chicago one friday. We usally go to 4 corners or Steak and Shake.

Welcome to the site bud. Yeah you probably would be close to 350 at the flywheel with those mods, and congrats on the car. I must say though if your running on 7 cylinders your not even going to beat a 6 cylinder car because when our cars are missing a cylinder the car will run very and I mean very terrible. If you dont believe me go out and pull a plug wire off and try to go full throttle ;)

Welcome aboard, we have a few local clubs plus there are some of us from this board that get together, check out this thread I know it would be alot to read but if ya at least stay with any new stuff it will keep you appised of whats going on. Matter of fact 94green1le is from bartlet also I'm in Elgin and the others are pretty close also.

yea you know the first day i hooked up on this site i checked out that entire page lol. it was alot of reading but it sounds like alot of guys are pretty close to me. if your only in bartlett i dont knwo how good you are with these f-body's but im ordering my new/used rear end maye youand a couple other guys who live close could gimmie a hand throwing it in. my car still dirves. i have a post in the drivetrain link if you wanna know what the prob is. but yea if you know anyone that could gimmie a had throwing it in thatd be awesome. id really rather not bring it to a shop and pay him 250 bucks to do it. besides i wouldnt mid the learning experience.

Theres plenty of folks that could help but bro I'm not one of em:D I am still in the very early learning stages but it's getting better:D Not that I wouldnt help but I have no idea of what to do. But jump into that thread I listed for ya and mention it like Uli said a gtg mod day has been mentioned course we really dont want to help Uli just dont tell him that his feelings get hurt real easy:D
