On your repairs..First tell the body shop you want them to use only Genuine GM replacement parts...and if the work order say to replace something make sure they replace it...either have them show you the old part or tell them you want all the parts they replace...the reason I say this is because some bodyshops will try to refinish some parts to put more money in their pocket, this means bending some parts back out to look like they have been replaced...I know because I've been though it...When the work is done...make sure the paint matches...there are no runs or pits and no trash in the paint...and look at the interior of the car and make sure it's been cleaned out and there is no dust of hand prints on it. It should look like the damage never happend. If you do all of this you shouldn't have to take it back a second time and it will be a good experience for you.
