Sure anything is possible to do, but thats also like sayin u can run a 20lbs blower on a stock motor, it might blow, it might not, but the odds are not in your favor in the long run. And upgrading the fuel and ignition will cost more then he can budget right now. And how can you not help but not get greedy on the nitrous, my foot would hardly leave the floor. Thats like saying stop after 6 beers so you wont get drunk. Ive always seen great results on the pully, maybe its differant from an LT1 to an LS1 on gains, but i would doubt it, HP for dollar thats still one of the best mods. Porting and polishing the stock TB is cheap, but it is also cheap. Spend the extra money and get it done right, but thats just how Id do it.
