Well i probably don't belong here especially since i used to drag race mustangs, and now drive an bmw, but i have to educate myself on ym new project, i also wanted to share it with u.
www.Vorshlag.com puts an ls6 engine and a t56 trans into a e36 bmw. there are many discusstions that take place about predicted quarter mile times, i like to think realistic. a e36 is roughly 3000pds, the weight of the ls6 is not confirmed but they say it will make the car 70 pounds heavier then it originally was, with a 4 or 6 cylinder, this is due to the aluminum block of the chevy. To stay on topic the times are abouit mid 5's 0-60, and about high 12's in quarter mile. what do u think
