I would say with good traction and a properly set up suspension it would pull low 12s. My car that is an LS1 not an LS6 so a little less power ran 13.08 with a lid and filter, that at 3600+ pounds race weight. so you would be 6 to 7 tenths faster just due to weight, then a couple more tenths due to the LS6.
That is a cool project, and yes you are in the right place, I would love to here more about it.
