no... if you don't have the asr switch you don't have asr so you can spin them all day
Basically all asr does is prevent you from slipping say if you floor it on ice or just floor it off the line it will basically like Kelly said kick in to help you not get out of control. So basically if you don't have asr you can floor it and do a burnout where when asr is on it won't let you do this it will probably chirp the tires asr will kick in basically limiting the throttle until you gain traction. though asr equipped cars you can turn it off. I'm happy my car doesn't have asr so I don't have to mess with it I don't drive it in snow anyways. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. Now go do a burnout
