I thought it was seated right when I put it back together. I'll have to check it again.

You guys still use the plastic air filter tray right? The one that fits above the plastic section that was removed to allow air from below. I was thinking that the new k&n filter and rubber sealer might have raised it slightly. But the radiatior area I need to check. I would imagine if the radiator area wasn't right the front bolts wouldn't line up.
