No, it rides just fine when it's first installed....rim has plenty of clearance, and it isn't hitting the caliper or rotor or anything (the paint is still perfect).
I think the lugs are just getting loose and it's letting the rim play around, and thus lets the caliper get angled. I just bought new lugs today, so we'll see if that cures it.
