leaking fuel out of evap lines

my winter beater 1988 s10 blazer 4.3 is leaking fuel out of the evap lines after it runs for a while. it has a new fuel pump, filter, fuel cap, fuel tank, and sending unit. i cant figure it out. also when it does this there seems to be too much fuel pressure in the tank as when you take off the cap it hisses like a pop bottle. help me get it running so my z doesnt have to see michigain snow and salt

I don't know why you'd be getting the fuel out of the evap line, but I don't think there is anything out of the ordinary when you take the cap off of the gas tank. The fuel system is a closed system and can build pressure. I've heard it happen with many different cars. Unless your gas cap is popping off, I don't think I'd worry about that part of it, though that is JMHO.
