Power windows not working,

Both stopped working at the same time. I removed the door panel to check if I have power to the motor, which I do. The motor looks like it is riveted to the door. Need help removing motor. Is there anything else I should be checking. I find it wierd that they both died at the same time.

yes the motors are riveted in you have to drill the rivets out,


Do you get any noise out of them at all ?


If u have a loose connection on 1 windows control panel then they both wont work both have to be plugged in,

I belive if you depress up or down the poles should swap if they arent something is wrong, fuse or relay possible

No noise at all.
Where is the relay located. If it's suppose to be under the center console, then it's missing.
