My 1998 z28 odometer is very, very dim

My 1998 Z28 digital odometer is very, very dim and the actual numbers can barely be seen at night only. Also, my low engine coolant light comes on periodaclly when there is plenty of coolant in there. Any suggestions?

Your dimmer is out and the level sensor is bad.

Thanks for the quick reply, but just to let you know, all of the other lights operated by the dimmer work perfectly, and dim when I want them to. However the orange like light in the odometer does not light very bright. So I am asking, would it still be the dimmer?
