console switch

i have a quick question on my 95 z with an auto.on your console underneath your cig lighter there is a buton switch to turn something on.what is this factory switch control

It's the ASR, or traction control.

asr is the air bag one right.is there a way to disconnect the traction control with out the switch cause it show a problem on the dash cluster

Sorry, I worded that wrong lol. ASR is traction control. And you can take out the relay under the hood but your light will stay on, on your dash.

does anyone on the site do this.just curiuos cause if you spin too much your brakes willcome on if the system is on

i heard the abs setup on these cars are touchie when on wet pavement heaven forbid snow.only minus 34 last night here.i don't drive mine in the rain or snow
