Hypertech Programmer

Has anybody used a hypertech power programmer on their RS? I was thinking about getting one, but I don't want to waste the money if the results aren't as promised.

Well i used a hyper chip in my 93 Z and i couldn't drive the car. i bought a jet stageII and yae baby!!!!! dont know if that means anything

Lou, that sucks.. but pants239 you need to list us your year of your car too.. my car is a 96 and Ive just owned it for about a year so never thought about getting a chip till a little while ago.. and I can't find anything! I have a 96 v6 base camaro..

I used and have a hypertech on my 96 RS but you cant take off the speed limiter on the 1996's

I got it on ebay because they dont sale them anymore.

so you guys think we could get them to produce a new one and make it so we can mess with the speed? if enough of us do im sure we might get somewhere..

I say we start a thread!! in here and we send them a link if we get enough ppl to do it.. maybe they theirselfs can take a poll sure they made 98-02 camaros but have they forgotten about us? if enough ppl get into it ill start a new thread and we can post our oppinions ( IF MODERATERS APPROVE ) ill ask them first but we can also discuss some of this here im sure.

if they approve tell me and i will go for it. must also correct speedo for wheel change, i wheel be changing my rims and tire every winter and after winter so i need to be able to correct the speedo.
