Manuel Fan Switch

I am posting this thread for a friend of mine who doesn't know how to get around on the forums. He has a 97 z28 30th anniversary. I recently tapped into one of my fan module wires to hook up a manuel fan switch in my mustang. Well he was wondering if there is a way for his car to have a manuel fan switch. is it possible? does anyone have info on this? he would greatly appreciate it. thanks guys

Jeremy

Yes it can be done. Run a wire from the switch to the groung output of th efan relay. Then run another wire from the switch to a good ground. This way the factor sensors and computer will still operate teh fan as usuall but if you wanna turn it on earlier it wilkl work that way too. its pretty easy. u will need a schematic though. good luck.
