Engine doesn't start after running!

Here is the deal..... the car runs great when it has been sitting for a while but when I turn it off and let it sit for a 1/2 or so then it will not restart. It starts but idles really low and then just dies and will not start again. Kinda sputters then that is the end. Till I let it sit for a few days then it'll start again! Repeat.... joy!

What year is the car?? P0441 is a evaporative emissions system no flow during purge cycle code. This would have nothing to do with your no start condition. Is that the only code??. Sounds to me like you may have and ignition problem somewhere. Could be your ignition module or the distributor. These problems could change with outside temp or engine temp. Sounds like its better when its cold and once it warms up it wont start. Does rain effect how it runs??

Yes, I do believe it might be igition also. I think it might be my optispark, but was curious if anyone else had similar problems. P0441 was the only code that showed up. I'll have to test my ignition mod. first and hope for the best or the opitspark will suck to replace! Thanks..... if anyone else has more info that would be great!

Naw, I haven't gotten the car running yet. I have to do a little more research before I tear into it. I think I might swap out the opti spark and see if that solves the prob. Has anyone ordered one from the guy on this site for $220? If so how did it work out. I don't know where to get fog lights online, but I get them from a camaro salvage yard he in San Jose CA. Makes it much easier.
