The motor has a built in circuit breaker that trips then cools and reses when overloaded. You can try to lube the rails and see if that frees it up. If not you may have to replace the motor. If you do, good instructions are available HERE.

I tried the graese thing, on the rails inside the doors, all I got was grease on the windows, and no change in the way the windows worked. It seems the motors need to be changed. Any ideas on where to purchase motors other than a GM dealership, and autozone
