Brake Lights
My brother took my v6 out for his drive license test... and apparently the brake lights are out. swapped the bulbs but nothing? what are my steps to looking into this. like could there be a connnector loose or something?
ps this sucks.

look at the switch under the top of the brake pedal when you step on the brake there is a pressure switch up there, I dont know how to test it, but maybe it moved or something

oaky i will check it out.... plus i just noticed that only the 3rd brake light goes.... are they linked differently?

I would think they are all wired together...this is strange that the 3rd light works!!! that will rule out the switch I would think. Check the sockets and all wiring you can see and try new bulbs again If you have a little tester the pointy one with the alligator clip ,you can see if the sockets are getting power

I've had to re-wire both sockets...it's easy the socket is like 7 bucks at advance auto in the bulb section
