look at the switch under the top of the brake pedal when you step on the brake there is a pressure switch up there, I dont know how to test it, but maybe it moved or something

I would think they are all wired together...this is strange that the 3rd light works!!! that will rule out the switch I would think. Check the sockets and all wiring you can see and try new bulbs again If you have a little tester the pointy one with the alligator clip ,you can see if the sockets are getting power
