Rear End Gears

By Any chance does anyone know what gears come in the Stock 3.4 rear end and in the Stock 3.8, are they different or the same. I know they both come with drums...

The rpo code should be on the drivers door panel. that will list what options you have on your car including what rear end you have.

Yeah, check the door. Should be a white sticker about 3x4 inches.

My auto 3.4L came with 3.23s.

Jack up the rear of the car with it in nuetral and count the number of times the driveshaft spins for one rear wheel revolution. about 2.75 is a 2.73 and about 3.25 is a 3.23
