rear end id
I have 78 Z28, rear end is std non posi 3.43, can somone please tell me what the common identification name is for this rear end. e.g 7.5 10 bolt. and no. of axle splines. The reason I ask is that I am trying to find a full spool or a posi center but don't know exactly what to search for. Perhaps someone can help me out with what I am looking for. Thanks all, aussiechevygirl

Original rear end in a '78 camaro should be a 10 bolt , 8.5 inch ring gear , 28 spline axle setup .

Good Luck with the search for the spool, they are available by a few different companies over here. I would assume they are harder to come by in Australia. ™†¤£Ü€ÎƒË®¤†™ is short for Lucifer
