Clutch Questing Grinding in Reverse?

Well today I notice yet another problem with my car. well here is How I found it, I start it up or drive it and park it right well.. I stop somehwere and go to put it in Reverse, and when I push in the clutch and it hits it bam its grinding but goes in. more like a loud geeeerrrrrugh lol make that the best because I have no way to let you hear it..

what would be causing this to happen.. Ive noticed its just doing it in Reverse... I dont think driving it has anything to do with it but..

Mine does that sometimes. Do you have the break on when you do this? I think that has something to do with it. And i try to make it a habit of throing it into 1st then reverse. IDK why but that seems to help.
