that sounds about right, the almost 1900 is norm with a spool, but you cant street drive a spool. you need to add the cost of a locker (posi) in there so you back to the norm 2100ish range.

31 spline detroit locker would be the way to go. The True tac LSD is deff a good idea if your primary is street driving.

yeah mine is more or less street driven......less than 3000 miles a year. where is the best place to get one?
