How to needed

I just Bought a 1983 2.8l V6 carb,
and it needs the Tranny linkage adjusted so that it will go into park, Can anyone on here please let me know how to do this or how much it will cost?

Check out Ebay or the For sale Part of the forums u can prob find a cheap on the installation well ive never down it dont sound to hard

if ur talkign about what i think u are then go under ur car on the driver side and look on the tranny and ull see the shift linkage bracked with the linkage comeing from the center floor bord. its like one bolt and u losen it and then slide the cable back or forward witch ever way is needed. and it should fix ur problem
