Someone help me out..

on so my 92 Rs died about 3 weeks back the ecm went i want to know what i need to do to get it carbed and running

I can't recall exactly, but I think you just disconnect the wiring from the harness, get a carb, pressure regulator, and a carb manifold and install it on the car. There is an article on TGO that explains it pretty well. You could just get a new ECM from a wrecked RS and install it. Might be cheaper and easier than the carb install and you would avoid the drop in gas mileage and the trouble with cold starts.

If emissions aren't a problem go for it, you already know what the trade offs are.
The emission requirements are for the year model of car, or engine whichever is newer. if a visual inspection is required it won't pass.

Carb intake, carb, fuel pressure regulator, and i would recommend a vacuum advance distributer. I've got a similar set up in mine.
