P0300 is a random mis fire code. I would check the ohms on all of the coils, check all the wires, and check the plugs.

I would take it to a professional, and let them figure it out instead of trying to figure it out yourself unless your a season mechanic. lol. He also left out the slight top end rattle it has when you rev it up and let it idle back down.

hey bail, do you know anyone with hptuners? you can have them log and see if anything is going on. i'd also check on those 02 sensors along with the plugs/wires again.
another thing you can try is to clean the maf, or you can disconnect it(will throw maf code) and see if it still does it then. also clear your codes and see if it comes back.
if you would have said something last week i could have came by and scanned your car since i was out in sc and could have just driven back through nc instead of going through ga lol

If he says that there is a top end rattle, I'm going to say that the valves and rockers need to be checked.

Yeah, if you are hearing sounds from the top of the motor, and you have a miss that is not setting SES codes, I would be checking the rockers and mounts.

that was my next plan of attack. i did replaced the spark plugs the car had 150,000 on it and the plugs were worn done to nothing i was surprised it even ran, the gap at .080 they were so worn. i know the intake gasket has been replaced by the previous owner. other than that nothing else done.
