radiator gets intake too hot!

Is there any thing i can look into getting (besides wrapping my chrome intake with cool tape) to sheild off the burning heat from my radiator? Since i have all chrome intake (SLP dual aluminum tube intake to my ceramic chrome intake elbow..everything absorbs heat and i feel like the "cold air" package i have is now becoming useless due to this radiator heat...After i turn the engine off i pop the hood and the intake tubes and intake Elbow are super hot....what can i do to sheild this HEAT!
