Asr?

I have a 1996 Z28 w/m6. I do not think I have ASR though. I have seen the light come on like 2 times when I was spinnin a bit when it was wet, but it never stopped me from pressin the gas pedal. I do not have a button to turn it on or off. Did my car just not come with it or what? I could roast my tires off if i wanted, and nothing would stop me. Just something I was wondernig about.

THanks

You do have Traction Control. Maybe it is turned off and the ASR off lamp is out. The switch is right below the lighter I think. Is it there?

I have a 95 no asr light no switch... but every now and then when spinning the rear tires or wet out Ill get a low trac light... I think its just the puter sensing that the rear wheels are spinning or not getting enough traction...

The Traction control light will come on if u hit a big puddle of water during rain too as well as spinning the back tires. the front tires will set the traction control off too this is just letting u know ur ABS is working
