You need to know how much air (in CFM) the fan will move to decide. I think you'll find that you need at least 1600 CFM for your engine. If the single fan can do that, you're all set.

a zz4 engine is around 345 hp., look in a summit or jegs on the cfm needed to cool estimated hp engines. there is no way you can buy a new 4000 cfm fan for 100.00. i have a griffen 1.25 2 row aluminum radiator with a be cool (spal) chrome fan pulling 2360 cfm.. part #BCI 75033, available in black also. this is keeping over 500 hp cool on the street. and dont forget to purchase a electric fan relay kit w/ a thermostat. stay away from the crap on ebay. obviously it didnt work for guy whos selling it. ebay is the internet junk yard. you get what you pay for in this day and age...
