I have a 1995 Z28 that I just got running again with a mild cam , and other usual mods. The asr cable is just a wee bit too tight, and I have a good idle that temporarily goes up to 1100 rpm sometimes. It does so because the throttle lever is kept off the stop by the smallest of gaps. I have installed the asr box/gizmo loose and allowed everything to settle before I tightened it up, but I cannot get rid of the last 1/64th inch gap at the throttle stop.Someone emailed me what he claims is the adjustment point in the cable connector, but there just doesn't seem to be any adjustment in there that I can find.No common books mention how, and shbox's suggestion doesn't seem doable (but a detailed explanation would be great). Does anyone know what the factory service manual says about the adjustment ( it's referenced on the asr cover box

)? I would like to have just a little slack at the throttle stop like all you guys out there have!
thanks , edman
