I have it on mine and it doesn't bother me one bit. Now if I know I'm going to be hotrodding it around or racing or something of that nature I turn it off but otherwise I just cruise around easy anyways so I don't ever even know its there....

ASR stops you from spinning tires. If you have it on and you floor it, you'll start to spin tires, but then the car just kicks the accelerator back and stops it. Helps out for us people in the rain/snow when it's slippery. It's annoying when you forget about it and are in a race, and it kicks you back. =p

Here's the location for the LS1...Right most button next to Camaro insignia.

It is near the cigarette lighter on the LT1 cars.

It has to do with the increase in volume. When you speed up it gets louder and when you slow down it gets quieter. It is supposed to help with road noise. The knob affects how much it goes up and down. And as far as ASR goes, I haven't minded it so far, it helps in the rain though and should in the snow if I decided to drive it this winter.

What we need is all-wheel-drive like some of those Porsche's or a WRX. I would only like ASR in the winter.

Or they should make it so that it only kicks on when your speed is over 30 to 40 MPH. It would be nice to be able to program logic into it.
