Looking for a good radiator for a 95 LT1, any suggestions?

Hey guys,

I'm running a little hot when on the juice, I am looking for a good radiator and cooling kit for the car... I have never worked on the cooling system before and and kind of clueless.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have you had the PCM retuned at all? 160* thermostat? I would suggest getting a 160* thermostat and have the PCM reprogrammed to kick the fans on a little bit earlier, I never have any problems with heat on mine and that is how I have mine setup.

Yea get a 160* thermostat, and maybe reprogram the PCM to turn on the fans earlyer like chris said, or get a manual switch to manualy turn the fans on.

160 stat, tune for fans, and if you really want to cool it off when at the track invest in an electric waterpump! you can have the pump flowing while the car is off, and keep it nice and cool in the staging lanes. also when you change the stat, go ahead and flush the radiator and put nice fresh fluid in it! your fluids might be really dirty!
