little ticking up top

Well I don't know if it's just me being anal or what I was working on my car today and was letting it warm up I popped the hood and for the first time since I've had the new motor I stopped and listend to the motor.I hear real little ticks coming from the heads. One sounded a little louder than the other. It sounded like I could hear everything in the head moving.I don't know if it's normqal or I have a lifter problem.I just want to make sure because I just replaced the motor and want to take full advantage of the warranty. Before I had a bad knock which turned out to be a bad rod but it sounds nothing like that it's just a little tick I heard in both heads and the drivers side was a little louder. Is it just normal noise or is something wrong.I hope it's just me but thanks for all the help
