dyno day at thunder racing 9/27

Thunder Racing Grand Opening / Dyno Day Info
Our Grand Opening for Our new location will be held in conjunction with a Dyno Day on Saturday, September 27th.

Dyno runs will be $30 for 2 pulls. (There will be a sign-up sheet on the door for this first thing in the morning so if you arrive early, you can secure your place in line.)

We will start dynoing at 9:30 am.

During the day we will also be grilling hamburgers (THANKS to Tim98T/A!) and holding drawings for door-prizes. We will have several manufacturer's reps there as well from Comp Cams, K&N, Hypertech, Taylor, and more. Many of our manufacturers have also provided great goodies for us to give away

I hope everyone has a chance to stop by and visit even if you don't plan to put your car on the dyno.

$30 for 2 pulls on the dyno. Not bad. I may go down there. Plans are still up in the air.

Just got back from Dyno Day at Thunder. They had a real good turnout. The food was great! Lots of Fbods there. Had a yellow Z06 vette with a 100 shot pull a 522 rwhp

Of course my day wasnt all that great. Started off by blowing a heater line out on the way.. I managed to get there though

What did WeaponZ's car dyno at? Did he get to run it? Did you run yours?

yeah, he did get to dyno it. It was a little disappointing, but the guy told him before he ran not to get his hopes up, cause he has an auto tranny , with a 2800 stall.

he pulled a 299 rwhp and the trq was like 310 ftlbs, not sure on the exact numbers I will talk to him and find out the true numbers

The dyno guy said if he would have had a 6 speed he would have pulled about 340 rwhp, so weapon was satisfied with that

I missed it! Instead I wasted my time going to that boring lamar dixon show today. I think my kids would much rather have been breathing race gas fumes!!!
