tbi-lt1 headers
Ok, Just wondering about this Say if I start buying stuff liek headers etc bolting em up n stuff and then after I find a lt1 to drop in will I be able to use anything on my 305 to the 350?

You should be able to use your headers with your 350.

You really think ... he can use headers off of a gen 1 305 ....on an LT1 2nd gen . I thought the ports were different ?

I think that they interchage. LS1 and newer doesn't interchange with anything else, but I'm pretty sure that LT1 and SBC interchange.

The LT-1 still has the same ports but you must use the hedders for a 3rd gen chassis 4th gen LT-1 hedders may not fit the 3rd gen chassis (but then again they may depending on the brand) but to be safe I would get the 3rd gen ones the engine mounts are different in the fourth gen cars on LT-1 engines ..Im sure anyone who has done a LT-1 swap would know for sure ..may want to ask around some ...

I think that if you get a set of 3rd gen LTs you can run them on a LT1. Might require a little fenesing (spelling?) but it should work.
