New Car...
Just Picked Up A 1983 Sport Coupe. 305 Carb, 5spd And Some Really Bad Exhaust...
Need To Know Where I Can Get A Y Pipe And Exhaust That Sounds Good For Arround 300 Bucks... From The Shorty Headers Back... Thanks

I don't think that you'll be able to get all three for $300. Cheap shorty headers alone are about $90. A y-pipe will be that or more, unless you have one built. There's $200ish, and that only gives you about $100 for a cat-back. You might have luck finding used parts with that budgets on eBay or Thirdgen.org.

I think he already has shorties...he's just looking for a y-pipe and catback...my whole exhaust cost around $400. (it's in my sig)

Yea i think youll be haveing trouble getting a good exhaust system for under 300. Short of fabricateing one yourself ide say probably wont happen. Ebay you might be able to get some used parts and meet your budget but even at that idk.
