Anybody got any ideas how to free rusted exhuast?

I have a peice on my exhuast that has rusted together, tried rust penetrant and beating it with a hammer but can't get the two peices free from each other. Anybody got any other ideas?

Sawsall will do it, maybe a bit of heat would help+ a big hammer.

Yes it was clamped. I litterally picked the clamps off with my hands they were so rusted.

I'm trying to keep away from the sawzall. That will be my last resort, the car is all original so I'm trying to keep everything in good shape. I'll try the heat.

if it was clamped then its going to be very tough to get it out.. not from the rust but just because of the crimps.. getting it red hot is probably the only way other than just cutting it apart.

Haha. Well I heated it up after a few more minutes of beating I finally got it off. Now the hard part of deciding what is going to replace it.
