P0420 - Catalyst effeciency below threshold bank 1

Just recently got this code.. My cat's are both about a year old. High flow Mangaflow cats. I don't believe they could be going out this soon. But I noticed my downpipe is completely screwed up from bottoming out over speedbumps, etc.. I'm not sure If there is an exhaust leak, but I've heard that can be the cause of this code in some cases. My car has a high RPM miss, and cuts in and out of what seems like a powerband, which has been diagnosed as not the plug wires, ICM, or Coil. Possible that my rear 02 sensor has gone out and is causing this problem as well as the code?

I had the same code last summer and it was a bad cat. It could be just a bad rear O2 sensor. Since your cats are only a year old I'd try changing the rear O2 on that side.

Im thinking the magnaflow cats flow a little better I wonder if that can be an issue but I would test the o2 sensor first
