Borla or Magnaflow? Pacesetter's?

Hey I got to checking in on my custom setup I wanted on the Camaro.. I was planning to do that to the Bird.. well after much thought.. it would let too much out and not give no backpressure.. so I guess it would sound like crap and wouldnt give me no power..

so im now thinking..

Pacesetter Headers Coated most likely..

then a Magnaflow cat.. or another nice one..

and a Loudmouth or a Borla or magnaflow..

maybe even a resenator.. or w/e

.................................................. .....

I need help info decisions.. what you would do.. ect... im looking to get sound and power outta this..

Cool PowerHouse Camaro

I Was Wondering About A Resonator... What Real Purpose Will They Serve? I Have A 3.1 V6 With Imco Exhaust. Some People Have Told Me I Might Consider Getting A Resonator... Notta Clue Of What It'll Do For Me Though.

it will deepen the tone of the exhaust. it wont sound as much like a v6 when you get on the gas. (I think)

well if you wanna spend the cash buy the borla it's the best but for the money magnaflow is your best bet. If they sell them though i'd buy the loudmouth I don't think they sell one for the v6's though.

I can't give an opinion on any of the things except the Magnaflow cat back. I got one recently and think it is terrific. Nice, mellow growl that doesn't attract too much attention from the thin blue line.

I have an auto but when I force it to downshift it sounds swell. When I matt it down it sounds great too. Like a V8 should sound like from the factory. I think most guys and gals here will tell you SLP LM is the way to go. They are great too but a little too loud for me. Guess that is why they call it the "Loudmouth" huh? I should have been a detective!

yeah it sounds good on a v8. But when you put it on a v6 its going to sound a little raspy. (no matter what brand you get). Thats why you put a resinator on it to deepen it a little.
