From what I remember the only thing different on the catbacks for the dual cat cars is the intermediate pipe is a different length.

Hey qudlaty, I found a slp loudmouth system for your 96. Check out tbyrne motorsports. They got the system for your car. I think I am going to have to get one soon.

I have a 96 Z with the Loudmouth on it. I bought it used from a friend of mine with a 98 T/A. It bolted right up without any problems. It def stands up to its name(loud). It also has a good deep idle tone.

The only thing I dont really like about it is the tips hang a little low and stick out a little to far. When I get a little extra time I plan on shorting up the tips some to tuck them under the car more. Other than that, no complaints.

I'm saving my money for the loud mouth plus the dual central outlet system. I figure by the time I am done with exhaust and body kit, I should be in this thing like Ohhh $3500. Owwww!

I am really thinking about dumping the cat... what is the easiest way to gut it out? ... and how much more louder will it make the car?

Quadlty Look at our sponsors for this web page on the right, and you will see the tbyrne motorsports web page. Click on it and check out 93-97 Z28s exhaust section. There it will be.
