question for exhaust

i just ordered a bullet for my camaro. now its my only car and is a DD. i was told that if i just dump it right after the bullet it'll sound pretty mean.but i'm not sure since i even drive it in the winter weather or not to just dump it or just finish just runnin the pipes out the back.thanx

With the bullet just dumped under the car there will be a lot more interior resonence, and you will smell the exhaust more (which can be dangerous if you have your windows up), plus you run the risk of getting a ticket if a cop happens to see your exhaust doesn't exit the rear. Id say go ahead and take the pipe out the back

in california your exhaust only has to pass your doors, not your axles.

You guys are forgetting one key thing about dumping the is under the car instead of out the rear. If rust is a problem in your state then not taking the pipe on out the back can cause a major rust problem and expensive repairs in the future. I have seen it done by idots here in Virginia that just because the state law says it has to go back past the cab have rusted out a many pickup truck beds. Just a thought man hope it helps.
