Horn Button

I am trying to get the horn to work on my camaro. It appears I need the peice that fits inside the steering wheel. It is a green cap with a copper ring on it that makes a connection to the horn when the horn button is pressed. If memory serves me, it has a spring and a metal dowel rod that goes in it. I am missing those. Does anyone know what this part is actually called, and where I can get one? I have checked and no one seems to carry it.

Thanks
Robert
